Advice & support

As a consultant, I support my clients in the planning and preparation of strategically important and difficult negotiations, in conducting negotiations at or away from the negotiating table, and in overcoming impasses, difficult negotiating situations or dealing with difficult negotiators.

Develop & improve

In workshops and individual coaching sessions, I work in particular with management, purchasing, sales, M&A departments, venture capital firms and start-ups to sharpen and refine their negotiation skills and negotiation results, to influence and conduct negotiations strategically and tactically, to avoid unnecessary concessions and optimise their own results, as well as to master difficult negotiation situations with confidence and to shape them in their own interests.

Prevent & resolve

Conflicts can have a significant impact – and therefore need to be resolved quickly and quietly. I advise on the design of conflict resolution processes, advise and coach on the preparation and implementation of conflict negotiations and, as a business mediator, also actively contribute to the resolution of conflicts and the preservation of relationships.
